Nette is a registered occupational therapist and owner of The Climbing Tree. She specializes in regulation and trauma therapies, with a highly client-centered approach. She helps children, teens, and young adults move beyond life's unfortunate events to a place of security, certainty, and joy. As an OT, Nette likes to focus on increasing an individual's function in daily life skills and recreational hobbies while improving self-awareness and confidence in finding their true identity.

Nette grew up in Texas (and proud of it), completed an undergraduate science degree in Community Health at Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and then obtained her master's of science degree in Occupational Therapy at Clarkson University in upstate New York. Since graduating in 2018, Nette has worked in a variety of settings, but has a heart for helping children know their worth.

Nette and her husband, Kyle, have two children and two pups who love exploring in the Sawtooths, finding good fishing spots, and sharing the joy and hope they find in Jesus. As a crunchy mama herself, Nette supports 80/20 nontoxic living and holistic healthcare.

Nette has certifications in Infant Massage by Infant Massage USA (CEIM), Newborn Behavior Observations (NBO) by the Brazelton Institute, Early Childhood Regulation by the MERHIT Institute, Trauma-Informed therapeutic interventions via Relationship Matters, Rising Tide professional development addressing new paradigms for mental health and wellness, Polyvagal Institute with Dr. Porges, Making trauma-informed care actionable with Dr. Stuart Abion, Ph.D.,  The Role of Dogs and Animals in Healing Trauma & Attachment Disruption, Helping Kids Thrive through Neuroscience Using Neurodevelopmental Strategies in Treatment, Developmental Trauma Frameworks with Dr. Emily Wang, Ph.D., Strength-based approached practice with ASD clients, Yoga instruction via CorePower, and more!
